As a graduated teacher, his specialty and interest in Human Resources is related to human strength. In the past he has strengthened his competences in sales and has deepened his business knowledge with MBA, marketing and legal studies. His strategic, forward thinking approach together with the ability to solve complex issues initially was used in the financial and then in the IT sector, organizing and managing the front office area in real. He was one of the creators of domestic interim culture, and by now the company is also a leading interim firm. In the interim service practice, he came across with a serious challenge: being a good operative leader would not mean a good and successful interim manager automatically. In addition, it soon became clear for him how difficult it is for most start-up interim managers to switch between industries and business cultures and to address the significant cultural differences between multinational, international and Hungarian companies. The recognition was followed by the establishment of the Interim Manager Academy, which was the first to enlist an interim manager training in an organized form. The wide professional recognition of the Academy is based on the training that is built on a European approach and on the ongoing strategic cooperation with the Dutch professor Jacques Reijniers and the Nyenrode Business University. This is a key factor in the operation even today. By now the Academy has become a unique interim training centre within the region.
