Hammel & Hochreiter brings together managers who have experience as senior managers at medium and large companies in Hungary and the region. Our company offers its services for its Clients in multinational, international and Hungarian ownership based on the professional background of the members of the professional association which was established based on the Dutch example, and Hammel & Hochreiter Academy’s development programme for all strategic and functional areas of management (company management, finance, accountancy, controlling, human resources, information technology, communication, sales, production, logistics or quality assurance), in various sectors.
Through our interim managers, our Clients can use the support of senior managers and experts who have proven experience in the field in a transparent and cost-efficient manner. Hammel & Hochreiter, with the involvement of its service and training divisions, also undertakes the task of ensuring the necessary background of interim managers with the organisation of training, conferences, and events.
Interim management is a type of service used throughout Europe, defined as “availability of an experienced senior manager with sufficient professional knowledge for a definite period of time to counter a planned or sudden deficiency in a permanent job or achieve a specific business result within a defined period of time.”
What is an interim manager?
A manager for a single task for a definite period of time. However, it is much more than that: it is fair to say that the interim competences needed today project the tasks of future managers. Thus, interim management is a special area of managerial work where in critical situations, it is necessary to achieve the best performance. There are only a few better schools than this one.
Service Line Leader :
In Hungary, interim management services are most frequently used in the following areas:
The Business & Management service is available both for our individual and corporate Clients.
The COMPASS programme, which is considered a basic element of interim culture, further enables company leaders – including our corporate Clients – to provide their employees with conscious, planned, specialist help with the further development of their career or even with entering into a new phase. When certain positions, tasks are ceased, the COMPASS: manager orientation and accreditation programme can be exactly the tool to ensure appropriate, worthy, caring individual support.
Hammel & Hochreiter Manager Academy’s training programme is not only available to individuals, and professionals and managers who want to develop themselves as it is fair to say that the interim competences needed today project the tasks of future managers: complex corporate development programmes are also available which can represent a unique competitive advantage in the proactive development of interim competences, how to prepare in the best possible way for changes, and the enrichment of the company’s knowledge assets.
