There is something spirituel feeling , when the participants of business, sellers, customers and partners put aside everything, connected to the rigorous transactions and once a year organizing a gathering in order to put the human values in foreground and confirming the importance of their relationships. Exactly this happened in Mid-January when the members of Hammel & Hochreiter’s business society gathered for a year-closing / year-opening welcome at the company’s headquarter.
There are moments, when it is a must to stop for a while in order to evaluate the results, to rejoice over the successes , to derive from the results and then start the new year with refreshed energy. It is much better to be delighted at the success of each other and to do the recogning together.
The gathering was characterized by black and golden colours and champagne-spirits.All of this could refer to the elegance, the qulity and high standards ; let us quote the words of Vencel Garamvári „ champagne is born of high quality grape, than dieing as wine and will reborne as champagne and makes its way to our spirit”.
Similarly, we have to close the past business-years, to hide them and after that re-start, relieved of the past burdens.
And new year seems to be exiting again, this should have been experienced by all of our Partners. From several point of view we are living in a changing world: some business segments are developing , the manpower market is changing in a dynamic way, and several new tasks are emerging.In order to coop with all of these, we need the support of those professionals, who are able to handle these challenges in an efficient way.This society of professionals has been built up by Hammel & Hochreiter over the years, beeing an important representative of interim-profession in Hungary.Everyone should be open minded for new challenges, so is our society too towards those professionals, who find themselves at a turning point of their life and looking for help and assistance.
One has to wait not for long for the first opportunity: our first professional programme will be held on the 22nd February, 16,30 onwards, where the following interesting topics will be on the agenda: career-planning, market-trends, new challenges faced by managers etc. Attractions and choices – Which messages are sending the manpower markets to the executives and to those who are planning a change?
